Damaged Orders (Ears)

If your ears are damaged by the postal service, please message us with proof of this damage and we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving the damaged ears, we will send you a new pair! We will do our best to create a pair identical to the pair you ordered originally, but due to the handmade nature of ears some small differences may occur.

Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please be sure you are purchasing the correct item!

Shipping Refunds

If you would like us to ship two orders together, we will refund the excess shipping fees based on weight. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees, we cannot provide a shipping refund. Please be aware of your country’s import policies and ensure your address is entered correctly.

Payment Policies

All items must be fully paid for upon purchase. We do not do split payments, multiple payments, or custom payment plans. 

We will not hold in stock items for purchase at a later time. 

Other Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Colors may appear differently in real life compared to on a screen. We do our best to accurately portray the item you will be receiving!

All items are created and/or stored in a home with cats and dogs. We highly discourage ordering an item if you are severely allergic. Your health matters most!
